Does a 2004 Honda Civic LX have a Torque Converter Clutch?

I have a problem with my car. There's a check engine light pointing to the TCC Solenoid. I researched the whole system and how it works and when I was replacing the transmission I do not remember seeing a clutch for the Lock up mechanism and was wondering if it does have it and where it is. If the car has it since there's a solenoid for it then I will go ahead and check the harness why it is stuck-off.

Car keeps cranking but won't start?

2004 Honda civic with 248k miles. I tried starting it today but it just keeps cranking and won't turn over. It doesn't stop cranking till I turn the keep back to the initial spot. If I hold it at the starting position it'll just crank and crank and crank. I just got stuff done like spark plugs and all that just last year, new starter last year and a new battery 2 years ago. Any ideas?

Are cars that depreciate the most the best deals?

The worst new cars to buy would be the ones that depreciate the most since you lose the most money. Does that make them the best used cars to buy since you get the biggest discount. I'm assuming that these cars aren't necessarily maintenance hogs or otherwise useless as used cars.

There are cars that have really low depreciation, like a Honda civic. However, doesn't that mean that someone drove it a bunch and is passing it on to the next buyer at a premium?

1998 Honda Civic running rough, smoke coming from where manifold meets bottom of engine?

Mechanic says head gasket is good (Just putting this out there because half the time everybody cries head gasket on these boards). The check engine light is flashing -- I gather it means misfire. It used to be on but steady because the car needs an O2 sensor. It seemed like it was going to stall out and I smelled smoke and looked under the hood and it was smoking right where the manifold meets the bottom of the engine in front.

Added (1). It is EXACTLY what this car is doing… No answers for that one either, though:

Can I hook up subs to an older stereo?

I have a 2005 Honda civic LX special edition, I was wondering since it has an upgraded 6 disc stereo stock, that it wouldhbe able to hook up subwoofers. Just wondering before Igo through the headache of taking it out.
