New driver buying a used car (2015)?

I'm female 21 and am considering buying my first car. I don't have a license yet but have driven a car before with a parent & feel pretty confident with my driving. I'm really considering buying a Used Honda Civic 2015 I've come across at a dealer the only problem is that everyone I ask advice from tells me I shouldn't be going for such a brand new car because "I'm going to wreck it". So here's my question do you think a 2015 used car is too new of a car for a new driver & Did you wreck your first car?

When do you think the Honda Civic will get a new redesign?

My lease ends in 2022 and I see the 2019 Civic looks the same as the previous years except the change in hub caps, Honda sensing, and black chrome grill but other than that its pretty much the same car.

Will it look better in the future?

EXCEL FORMULA - Count plus one. Incremental count?

Column A I have CAR TYPE. Column B I have STATUS. Column C I have QUANTITY.

Column A can range from many car names that can show up multiple times (Ex: Honda Civic can show up 2 times and Sonata can show up 5 times). Column B is the status of whether the car is "Broken or Active". Column C has the number/quantity of car types left for that specific car.

Column D is the lot number (location) of the car which I have a count formula that'll determine it's location. In Column D, I have an incremental count of the column A if Column B is "Active" and Column C is greater than 1.

So if Honda Civic shows up 3 times and they are all active and quantity is greater than 1, and Sonata shows up 1 time, the location that shows up in Column D can be LotA1, LotA2, LotA3 for Civic and LotB1 for Sonata in Column D.

HOWEVER, let's say the LotA2, for Honda Civic status is "BROKEN", I want LotA1 and LotA3 to still be there and the next Honda Civic that shows up that's active and quantity greater than 1, the lot number in Column D should say LotA2.

Is the Honda Civic Type R really that powerful?

Today this Civic type R was revving me and my friend we were in his Chrysler 200S 2016 at a red light.

They both floored it and my friend won he got to a higher speed much faster than the Type R and the Honda driver was trying his best.

Is the Type R overrated in speed?
