I got involved in accident where other party was at fault. Now, he is not admitting and not paying for the repair through his insurance. I will be going to court for that and I need some kind of evidence. I heard about EDR. That will be useful evidence in my case. Can you please tell me how I can retrieve any useful data from my Civic LX 2013 so I can show the prove in the court?
Added (1). The problem is that at the time of the accident I only had liability insurance and my car wasn't insured. Will they still be able to help me on this? The other person truck is totally fine.

The car is $500 below Kelly Blue Book. I took a look at it in person. It's in great condition. He said that just a headlight needed to be replaced and the bumper was fine. It's a 2007 Honda Civic with 80,000 miles. What issues would I have with it?

There's no water in oil I just changed it and it was pretty clean. And coolant was low but is fine now. No smoke either and car is sitting halfway on temperature gauge please help?

If I can have Apple CarPlay in a car without installation?
I really want Apple CarPlay in my 2018 Honda Civic, but I'm leasing it and I can't modify the car. I only have the base model (lx) so it has a Bluetooth radio that is not touch screen, so I could not use a "dongle". I'm wondering if anyone knows if I can have an external monitor on my dash or something that is powered by usb? I just really want Apple CarPlay.

My car won't unlock w/ the key remote? - 1
I've a 2000 Honda Civic. Today, the unlock remote wouldn't unlock the car. I replaced the battery in the remote today and it still won't unlock the car. What do I do next, and how would I go about doing it? For example, how can I move my car to a mechanic or dealership if I can't get into it? Tow? Thanks
