Where can a minor ride a dirt bike?

So I recently started watching "Nutnfancy's" dirt bike and motorcycle videos on YouTube and instantly fell in love (if you haven't seen them you should defiantly check them out) so I was wondering where can a minor (14) dirt bike? Obviously I don't have my license so can a still ride in state parks? Are there private trails that I can ride on? (If there are can you recommend any good ones in the Alabama area)

-we have two older honda dirt bikes for me and my dad to ride if we can
-I really don't want just a dirt track that goes in circles, some nature trails would be awesome.
-I live in Alabama but also have a summer home in (northern) Florida so any tracks near there would be preferred

I'm looking for a 150cc bike. Which is good?

I'm not a stunt or a roughly bike rider. I recently sold my 5 year old hero honda hunk bike and now looking for the same 150cc engine bike.

Can anyone please suggest me which bike is good for me. I will prefer good millage and power with stylish look.

What is the difference between a 2003 honda shadow 600 and 650?

What are the differences between a 2003 honda shadow 600 and 650, I can't find any info anywhere! Besides actually engine size what is different? Are the frames different? Are the internals to the engine different in the 650? Any light shed on this would be very helpful!

What do you think? Is there a special place for that?

Many thanks in advance.

Added (1). some of what you guys are saying reminds me of iPad Review.
They say "don't buy it", they say "its bad ", they say "there are better alternatives out there":), but hey, they never stop talking about it, heh? So, don't believe everything you hear.

2007 Honda rebel won't start lights don't work?

So I left the key turned for a few hours and the battery died. I got it charged and checked and everything shows as being good. My roommate tried jump starting it when I went to work so I don't know if that hurt something. All the fuses are good. However when I turn the key the bikes lights don't come on, nothing works. I can put it in first and the get a running start to crank it by popping the clutch. That works for day time riding, but at night the lights are dim. Any ideas?

Which Motorbike should I get?

I'm planning to get a motorbike next year to get to school every weekday and to commute a bit.
I'm thinking of buying either a Yamaha YZF R15, Honda CBR250R or a Kawasaki Ninja 300.
Which one would be best for me? I'm about 1.7m tall 15 years old 16 next year.

Comparing Honda cbr entry vs Kawasaki ninja entry?

I'm looking to get my first bike. The three I'm currently considering are the following: the Kawasaki 300 abs non-se (no need to pay for the paint job), The honda cbr500, and the soon to be released cbr300. My question is which of these I should decide upon. I've looked into it extensively over the past few weeks, and I'm going back and forth in my decision making. I like the price point of both 300's more, but I hear that they may be easy to "grow out of" quickly. I don't know which enging choice would be better out of the two either, comparing the single cylinder cbr and the parallel twin ninja. The main thing that truly catches my attention on the cbr over the ninja is grips on the passenger seat. I want my wife to be comfortable and confident. I have yet to find an aftermarket handle set for the ninja that is closely related to this. Also I'm 5'8" 150lbs and I plan on taking the motorcycle safety course here in town if that helps at all in the advice department.

Begginer should I ride a Honda cbr 600rr bike?

Alright I'm 13 and am thinking about riding a bike when I'm 16. I thought that a Honda cbr 600rr is a cool bike. I do not know what year is good. I'm really just getting into motorcycles and I do not know a lot about them. I do not know what year of model I would get. I saw sixfootfourhonda and he has a 2009, this model looks stylish. Remember that I'm a BEGGINER and have no idea of any key words. Any help like SPEED and MPG and PRICE would be nice!

What should you look for in a decent used Motorcycle?

I'm looking for my first bike, fresh off getting my endorsement and I still have the bug.

Love the Honda Rebel 250 that I trained on, but was told for a guy my size (heavy) I should go no lower than 500cc. I've risen 250's and 500's mainly sport bikes (crotch rockets) before and those are fun but I think I'm more of a cruiser… Love the Honda Shadow, love the Vulcan look that type of bike.

I've been searching online, and on Craigslist for specifics but I'm not sure what to look for as far as what makes a good used bike worth buying. Limited funds and don't want to buy something that will break down on me the moment I get down the drive way.

1. Is mileage on a bike the same as a car… I.e. Bikes around 46k miles is that good, bad, normal, average and should I look at something else.

2. I read somewhere that custom paint job screams crashed bike is that accurate?

3. How can I tell if the engine, throttle, clutch, chain and the other important parts have no issues?

4. If i do buy say a Shadow, or a Vulcan with a bad engine/throttle/clutch/chain/etc on average what am I looking as far as price to get it fix or replace it (ball park)?

5. How can you tell if you are getting ripped off on a used bike?

I don't care to much for scratches and dents but obviously with those its been put down so what should I look for as far as making sure the bike is good and worth the buy?

Can anyone clue me in?
