Is a Kawasaki Ninja the best sport bike?

I'm almost 15 and 1/2 right now, and want a street bike. Since I can get my motorcycle permit soon, I'd like to start looking into a bike. I'm going take a motorcycle riding course, so I can get experience with a street bike and use it to skip the riding course when I take my permit test. I'm not going to be an idiot that rides on the highway at 90mph and do wheelies, I DESPISE that, because those guys end or ruin their (usually young) lives, and other people can be hurt or killed! I also would ride with my dad, who'd get a Honda Shadow. (It's required you have 40 hours of riding time with someone with a class M license before I can get one) (and yes, I want a sport bike instead of a cruiser. They're lighter and easier to handle.) So I would definitely take it slow, and probably not even ride on the highway, because the bike I want is too light, and it's dangerous. I want a Kawasaki Ninja 300abs. I want a 300 instead of a 250 because of the smoother clutch, and other upgrades from the 250, with not crazy power for a beginner. I've heard great things about the Ninjas, and love their features and looks, so I have only really done research on the Ninjas. I've had Honda dirtbikes for years, and loved them, so I don't really like Kawasaki over the others for the brand. So my question is are the other bikes around the 250cc size (Honda, Yamaha, & Suzuki), just as good/better than the Ninjas? And if so, which bike(s) should I also look into? (I'd also try to get a used one) Thanks!

What inexspensive bike to buy?

Okay, I think I convinced my wife to let me (us) get a motorcycle. I owned 11 dirt bikes off all sizes my whole life, and thought a street bike is okay.

I want to keep riding to a minimum, as we all know it is dangerous.

I want a comfortable, cruising bike. Something small. I'm only 5'5" 170.

I have rode a 1995 Honda rebel. It was the 250, but I would only want the 450.

I also have looked into a Honda Shadow 650. Of those two what are the pros and cons? Is one vs the other different in the handling. The power of the 650 seems obvious.

Can anyone suggest anything? Our total weight for two people would be 280

What engine should I use for my go kart?

I'm currently building a go kart and I was now stuck on one the most important element in it. What engine should I put on it? I already have an idea but I'm stuck between two models, or brands if we can say.

I'm seeking reliability and fuel consumption, yet I want power and speed. I weigh 145lb and I want to achieve about 50mph +. What, between those three, can be my best choice:

- Predator 212cc 7hp engine or any honda clone engines
- Lifan/Piranha 140cc pit bike engine
- Dirt bike engine (yet I don't think my wallet is thick enough to afford one, yet)

79 Honda XL 185s Battery?

I have a 1979 Honda XL 185s. I need a new battery. The one that is in the bike now (dead) is a 6n4-2a-4 YUASA. What's the difference between that and a 6n4-2a (no -4 at the end)? I ask because I can only seem to find the latter and want to know if it will be okay to power the lights, signals, horn, brake light.

2002 Honda 400EX jetting

Ok so I'm new to jetting and I was wondering what sizes to use on my bike. I have one dyno jet kit and another kit that comes with some Keihn jets.
The dyno jet kit was given to me. The bike is stock except for the Procircut t4 slip on exhaust. What sizes should I use? What jets dynojet or Keihn? My elavation is 3,200 feet to 4,000 above sea level. I also plan on running no lid and stock air filter. Thinks for any help.

Can i get a motorcycle loan with no credit no cosigner but cash down?

I'm looking at a Honda CBR and a Harley Davidson. The CBR is $3800 and the Harley is $5500. I can put between $1000 and $1500 down. Do you think this will be enough to get me a loan. I'm working fulltime and make enough to cover all my bill's. I just haven't established my credit yet. I don't know if it is relevant but I'm 19 years old
