I had the battery in the smart key replaced. Still will not even unlock the door, Opened door with manual key and pushing on the push button (red on/off button) had no effect, no noise, no lights, no nothing. Had it towed to dealer, they said it's more than a key programming issue

I bought a used 03 honda civic that needed an oil change, when i bought it no oil was leaking or anything, i took it to midas to have the oil changed and a few days after i saw oil running down the engine, its not leaking from the filter or drain plug its leaking down the engine look at the photo where the arrows are pointing is where the oil is sweeping out. 
I Googled it and some people are saying 5w-20, some people say 5w-30, and others say 0w-20. Which one do I buy for my car? Also how much do I need? Will one of the big jugs be ok? I bought the car used and it didn't come with the owners manual.
LX has 40k miles at $11k
EX has 58k miles at $13k.
Is it worth paying $2k more for that 16" alloy wheels, navigation, and outside temperature measurer? (I don't know what else is different)

The rear springs are very worn. Or maybe the drive train. It makes shifting difficult as the car squats if accelerated hard. And it feels as the hard is lurking back and for.
