My car won't start but when I try to start it, it sounds like a power drill?

I have a 95 Honda Civic and it does not start it keeps making a noise that sounds like a power drill spinning. I have no idea what it is or could be any more. I've pulled the starter and put in a new one and the starter is still not catching the fly wheel. I have even resorted to charging the battery, checking all fluids (transmission, antifreeze, etc.) and putting in 5 gallons of gas but still nothing, can't pay to get it to a shop. Anything helps thanks.

Honda civic driving problems?

I have a 96 Honda civic dx acd I got an oil change two days ago and got new tires. Since then it's having trouble braking and accelerating and seems to want to veer to the right when I drive. I checked all the fluids. Power steering, brake, coolant etc and they're all good. What could be the issue?

Do you prefer a heavy shift knob?

I'm thinking about getting a heavier shift knob for my 2006 Honda Civic Si. I was just wondering what types of shift knobs people prefer. I don't mind the stock knob on my car, but I hear people say it can be easier to shift into gears if the knob is heavy. This is my first manual transmission car. I've been driving for 12 years. The only other manual transmission vehicles I drive are my companies delivery trucks. Which have really long throws ( distance between gears ) I think that's the correct word. Correct me if I'm wrong. Anyway, what are your thoughts? Much appreciated:-)

2014 honda civic ex sedan?

I have a 2014 honda civic sedan ex. This model doesn't come with foglights but I recently saw some fog lights but I don't know how to install them. Do I have to cut the plastic or does it take of with screws?

Help on choosing a sub system?

I drive a 2000 Honda Civic Ex with a standard 70 amp alternator. I plan on buying an Optima yellow top battery and keep in mind which ever setup up I go with will be installed by a professional with the correct gauge wires, fuses, etc.

Here are the three set ups I'm looking at.
-Single 10" L7 (2 ohm, loaded enclosure, 600 RMS) with a Kicker CX 600.1 amp.
-Dual 10" CompR (2 ohm, loaded enclosure, 1200 RMS) with a Kicker CX 1200.1 amp.
-Dual 10" CompS (2 ohm, loaded enclosure, 600 RMS) with a Kicker CX 600.1 amp.

Here are my concerns with each one.
-Would a single 10" L7 hit as hard as the Dual CompR/S? (If yes, great! I save space!)
-Do you think my car could handle 1200 watts while still operating the rest of the vehicle efficiently with the Dual CompR on my standard Alternator? Or even 600 watts?
-How well would the Dual CompS stack up against the Single L7 in terms of quality, and how loud it would hit?

I'm really looking for educated answers, but all advice is greatly appreciated!
Thank you!

To sum it all up:
Can I do 1200 watts?
Single 10" L7 vs Dual 10" CompS

My 2001 Honda Civic is overheating and I can't figure out why?

I have replaced the radiator cap, coolant reservoir, and thermostat. Also, I check the fans at various times and everytime they are running fine. Lastly, I'm not sure if this information helps, but I live in southern Louisiana where it is almost always hot. I'm a poor 25 year old female college student and I have no idea what else to do.

How to get a key for the car trunk?

I have a non original key for a Honda civic ex 1999. It only works for the ignition and the driver door.

Is it possible to get another key that will open my passenger side door and my trunk? How long will it take and the price? Also who does it a locksmith?
