So yesterday my car started heating up while I was in traffic and I stopped to let it cool down and started again. I had to make about three stops to let it cool down, and the first time I checked and it has coolant and isn't low on oil, however an oil change should have been done about 3k miles ago, could that be the problem, or is it something else? 99 Honda Civic.

I have a 2010 Honda Civic, It was running smoothly up till now, but the AC Compressor just destroyed itself this past Friday. Sounds like this is a honda civic common problem for the car? Either way, the dealership shop is quoting me $1,600 to replace the compressor, clutch, serpentine belt and for an AC recharge. Does this sound about right? Or am I getting hosed?

I have a honda civic ex 2016 i bought it for 26k from a honda dealership. Ever since i bought it has had black clouds over it. First i got into a major accident. I didn't notice a 2 way stop sign, went through it. Ever since the accident, the car has been at the dealership more then my house. The car randomly starts giving off warning signs when there's no problem. So my question i think that the car has bad luck written all over it and i want to give it back to honda and get my money back.
I was wondering how much money will honda give me for it now that its been in a major accident.

I recently bought a used Honda Civic with 39,000 miles on it and just realized that it has very high rpms at around 60 mph. I did some research but only found topics on this regarding many transmission and Si Honda civics. Considering this is my first Honda, can anyone shed any light into whether this is normal or not?
My friend and I financed a Honda Civic 2017 earlier this year. Both our names are on the title. My friend uses the vehicle for He has been in two accidents- both times he was at fault transporting passengers. He continues to provide transportation services without any inspection of the vehicle despite clear physical damages and quite possibly damages that might endanger the occupants. I was told even though I do not use the car, I would still have liability for the fact my name is on the car. I have been proactive contacting Lyft and regarding this accident but was brushed off. I believe this is a clear act of negligence and would not want any association with him or the vehicle if something were to happen. What are the proper steps to resolve this issue? I have considered surrendering the vehicle but hesitant and unsure if that I'm allowed because he has made majority of the payments due to the fact I do not utilize he car.
I'm 16 and I just got my first job and I just need something that will work and last me a few years hopefully with decent gas mileage and not too high insurance. Somebody told me to get a Toyota Camry those are way to get fixed, and there's a few on Craigslist around me a 2005 in good condition for about 3 grand which is my budget. I don't know anything about car except that with certain makes of some brands the car has random problems, I also heard that a Toyota corrola or a Honda Civic would be good options, but I'm not sure what I should get or if those are good options
