I've a passion pro, i ride it always at a speed above 60 and it returns me a mileage of 33. The service center of the bike showroom tells me to ride slowly(below 45) to receive more mileage. Now thinking that 100 CC bikes are not the ones which are suitable for my speed, i decided to take a 150 CC bike. My choice of companies are yamaha, honda and hero. My thinking is that 150 CC bikes return good mileage even if I ride fast because they're designed to go fast, Am I right?
I want a bike which gives me a mileage of 40 even at speeds above 60. Please suggest me a good bike.
Came across this bike on the internet looks hella bad ***! Anybody know the model, make? Is it fast? Expensive? This would be my 3rd bike currently riding honda cbr 1000rr.
So I have a 1984 Honda vf700s, which has a shot 17.5" rear shock.
I found this shock http://www.ebay.com/...1405356646
and I love the red spring i'm just curious if it would serve well as a bike shock.
And If so would it be suitable in terms of riding.
My car recently broke down and I'm looking into getting a Rebel, but when I'm looking them up, I don't know what is good and what is bad. For example is 3,000 miles on a 2006 good or bad? Can anyone give me some tips on what to look for please?
Added (1). I'm not looking at a bike with 3,000 miles on it, I just threw that number out there as an example, which is what the question says. That number came off the top of my head, it could have easily been 110,000 or 16,000. I just want basic tips, not tips on 3,000 miles.
I have a 96 Honda rebel CMXC250 with twin carbs that started leaking gasoline. What level should I adjust the fuel floats to? Please answer my question instead of telling me what else you think is wrong with my bike. And no "google it" answers. Thats obvious but doesn't always work, if you don't know the answer then don't say anything.
This motorcycle has 44,000 miles. About how much money would I be able to sell it for? Looks average taken care of.
I own a 2006 Honda CRF250R bike which has dual exhaust which comes stock on the bike. For the stock dual, the left exhaust has a slightly bigger hole than the right because of making even airflows. MY QUESTION IS: I want to buy a dual Yoshimura from motosport.com, i'm not sure if they have different sized holes just like stock. And if they don't, does it make a difference?
Okay so I have been on the road since I was 12 years old I started out on a 70cc 2 stroke Moped.
Then when I was 13 I traded the moped and got a 150cc Scooter. Then at 14 I sold the scooter and bought a Honda Rebel 250 and I rode it around my town for about 2 years and I learned how to shift and all that. So basically I have been riding on the road for 4 years. And not once have I ever had any accidents or even close calls. I'm a very responsible rider, I know my limits. I have been around fast bikes since I was 5 years old. And I can very much say that I know what i'm doing. My friend who is 18 is selling a very nice cbr954 and he said he will sell it to me for 1,500 bucks! And I'm 16 have my license and I'm pretty experienced. Would that be a crazy jump? Please not: I'm not going out here doing wheelies and ****. I just want a clean nice bike. I can't even get a f4i for that price. I just want to know that if I know my limits. Would this be a terrible bike for me?
I'm getting a new bike but I can't decide between a Honda crf250r and Yamaha 250 yz?
