I have a 1993 Honda Civic DX that smells like pot?

I don't smoke pot, there's no part in vehicle, there's no stash, the smell is coming from the engine portion not the interior. My oil is perfectly fine, Michael it is perfectly fine, my hoses and belts are fine. I need help.

What can be causing this noise in my car?

I have a 2008 honda civic si, when i make sharp turns at a decent speed i hear a noise of metal that seems to be grinding. Sometimes while I'm just cruising i hear it as well, and it SOUNDS as if its coming from the wheels, not the engine.

Also, one time, there was a HORRIBLE noise that came from my right tire that sounded like metal was making FULL contact with my break disc, but my breaks are still good. Any idea what this could be?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm looking at 4 cars. What one should I get?

Added (1). If you could tell me why you chose the car you chose that would be great.

Should I trade my Toyota Corolla 03 for a Honda Civic 01?

I've had my 2003 Toyota Corolla for about 2 years and had nothing but problems with it. Right now it won't pass emissions inspection because of the Catalytic Converter code. Mechanics all give me an estimate of around 1500 to get it fixed and I don't have the time or money right now for the repairs.

A local dealer has a 2001 Honda Civic that I really like and I'm thinking about trading. The Civic has 170k, the Corolla 142k. The Civic also comes with safety and emissions stickers ready. I know 01 Civics are known for transmission failure, so should I risk it? I really need a car for work and school As soon as possible and I'm getting desperate.

Any advice on this? Should I ask the dealer if the transmission has already been fixed previously, and will that lesson the chances of it happening again to me?

Is this enough for a car? Something cheap?

So this summer i want to get a job to save for my first car. I don't want anything big maybe a honda civic. So i was wondering like in your opinion do you think working two months would be enough to save up for a car?
