Lease expert! Honda civic 2014 lease?

I recently leased a car because if I would of buy it my payments were gonna be to high so it seem like a lease was good until I see the the residual of my civic 2014 is almost 12000? And over the 3 yrs ima pay like 17,000 paying 460 monthly so I'm planning to buy it which the was the idea at first it's my first time getting a car and I'm planning to save at least 13000 over this 3year lease so I can just buy it at the end of my lease but I just want to know if it was good lease I mean I had no credit neither a consigner and they gave me the car brand new w only 1500 down?

I have a honda civic ex 98 automatic and I have a problem with shifter?

When I put it on drive the shifter moves lil bit which makes it have problem going. The shifter moves and the light were it says "D" dose not go on. When I press the gas it gives me problems because it don't stay in place anyone know what it can be? And how much would it cost me to fix it?

Is it possible to get a nice sound out of a civic?

I have a 2005 Honda Civic LX and I was just wondering if it was possible to get a nice clean sound out of it, or is it impossible and anything but the stock exhaust will sound like a cart cannon? I was just wondering out of curiosity.

I got in a car accident about 3 months ago. The car is remodeled and fixed. It has a new paint job, new headlights, the airbags were placed in. I want 4,000 for it. Is that a reasonable price? It cost me $2000 to fix it.

Stereo wire has no power on 98 honda civic?

Bought a 98 honda civic ex a while back and already had a aftermarket stereo(wire harness & all) but stereo itself wouldt turn on. I put a test light to the 3 main power wires(postive-negative & constant)… It seems the red positive wire isn't working. I checked stereo fuse and its good. And there are two fuse box locations in my car, under hood and under dash. Under the hood the fuse is fine but i've been hearing there's a second radio fuse under dash, IF So WHAT NUMBER IS IT AND HOW MANY AMPS?

Ps i don't have the manual sp please don't refer me to it

2001 Civic Ex will not Start?

Really hoping someone can help me out before I spend money at a dealer. I have a 2001 Honda Civic 1.7L Ex sedan. I was driving it one day when all of a sudden it just shut off on me. When this happened the radio remained on and everything that is electrical still worked fine. After a while I managed to start the car and drove back home without any issues. The following day I decided to drive it and see if everything was fine but again out of no where the engine shut off completely like the first time. This time it will not start at all. I have checked the battery and it works fine having its 12v. Took the battery and put it into another car and it made that car start. I have checked the alternators fuse and 80amp and all is well there. All fuses have been checked with meter. Car gets gas as I hear it come on when i turn key. Spark plugs have been replaced 3-4 months prior to this. This is what happens when I try to start the car:
I turn key and it sounds like it wants to start but does not. After the first attempt of trying to start the car the green key pops up and stays flashing. I take the key out and it takes off. Put key in and the key light comes on and takes off like it normally does but after I try to crank and fails to start the key comes back on and flashes. Car has no 3rd party alarms and has been in my possession for 3 years and never done this before.
Some say it could be my key or immobilizer so i wanted to know how would I go about checking that or what do

Is insurance on 4 dr. Car always cheaper than a 2 dr. Car?

I'm 19 and looking at cars. I'm not looking at anything fast.

I don't want to end up buying a 2 dr. Geo Metro hatch or Honda Civic to save gas if I have to pay insurance like I drive a sports car!

Are 2 door cars always considered 'sports cars' insurance wise?
