Grindy noise manual civic?

Honda civic 95 4dr it has some after market parts like breaks and carbon filter and Vtec, when i step on the clutch pedal i hear a grindy noise until i let up, also since this has been happening i noticed the headunit hasn't come on either, any ideas?

Added (1). Also note; when i step down on the clutch pedal and the noise sounds the break light comes on and the check engine light goes off (it's on permanently cuz dude screwed a bolt in the oxygen sensor)

Also note; since i posted this 4 hours later i started it up and noticed the head unit worked again and now the clutch doesn't make noise and i took it for a spin and everything works like normal

Why do people hate Hondas?

What's so bad about them other than the fact that there are idiots that overdo the customization and everything? Also, when I trade my current car in for a Civic, I DO NOT plan on adding any unnecessary customizations to my car as I'm not the type of person who likes to race.

So really, what's so bad about Hondas?

Is a honda civic si a good first manuel car?

Ok so my parents want to buy me a $10k car because I just graduated from a military school. I've alwYs love and had a honda so I said what the heck let me get a honda civic si. I drove manuel before and have the idea of how to do it but still learning. Is it a bad idea to get it manuel if I'm just a beginner? Will it last me awhile? Is insurance going to be crazy? I'm a 20 year old who has been driving for 2 years. FEEDBACK

Why does my car use up coolant fast?

I have a 2001 Honda civic ex and I will put coolant in the morning and fill it up and the next day or 2 it will be empty. The radiator itself has been changed back in February and I didn't have any problems up until a month ago. I have changed the censors, the water pump the radiator cap and the thermostat and yet I will have to keep putting in coolant every day or 2 days depending on how much I drive. I know its not the head gasket because there's no milky color to the oil so what else can it be?
