Trading a Nissan 350Z for a Honda S2000, worth it?

Think of trading my 2006 Nissan 360z for a 2007 S2000.
Doesn't quite of the look of the Z, but they are amazing cars. Both are fairly rare in my area. Also my Z is an automatic, which to me isn't a real "drivers" car.
Also the Z has only around 54,000k on it, the 07 S2000 about 72,000k. But on reviews of the car, they said the VTECs in all Hondas (during the time of review were around 17,000,000), and not ONE total failure. Both are very reliable engines.

Opinions? Preferably from owners or enthusiasts. Thanks. )

How to bypass the anti-theft circuitry in my 2003 Honda Element?

The ignition key lock cylinder jammed (presumably got some dirt in there). I've removed the lock cylinder, disassembled it, removed all the pins - jammed or not - and put it back in. The key turns the cylinder now, and the chip in the key communicates with the steering wheel lock and shifter so they are unlocked. And the starter turns over ( no anti-theft issues there… I could do it with a screwdriver while the key lock cylinder was out of the way) but the engine won't run. Need to know what is still being disabled (fuel pump? Voltage regulator or coil?) and how to get power to it even if it's through a manually operated toggle switch.
Ironically, I live on an island served only by ferry or barge which makes anti-theft equipment totally unnecessary!

How to tell if my registration was included when I bought my used car from Honda?

I bought a 2010 Hyundai Sonata on February 14, 2014. On my contract under Vehicle license fees, it says I paid $208.00. It also says that I paid $20.00 for Registration/Transfer/Titling Fees. It is now May 1st, and I have not received ANYTHING at all from the DMV. What should I do?

Which would be a better automatic car, Honda Amaze or Hyundai Xcent?

Which would be better, the Honda Amaze automatic or Hyundai Xcent automatic, both the top end variants, in terms of performance, ride and handling, interior space and comfort and driving?

Added (1). Which would be better purely in terms of performance, acceleration, smooth and fast gearshifts and handling, i mean the better drivers car. I know hondas transmission and engines are great, but is the hyundai as good too? Even though the xcent has only 4 gears, i.e. 1 less than the amaze, it has tiptronic, would this by any chance improve the driving experience? I sadly don't have the opportunity to test drive these cars.

01 Honda Prelude engine knocking, have audio clip?

This started about a week ago and it really has me worried. I had my oil changed today but it still makes the knock so that's something that could be crossed off the list. I would really appreciate any help in identifying the problem because i'm at a loss. I would have revved the engine but i'm to scared, but when the rpm's do climb the knocking noise just gets faster with it. It is an automatic base trim if that helps any, thank you for the help in advance.
