How much to fix water pump/timing belt on 96 honda accord coupe?

So this woman is selling a 1996 honda accord coupe lx, auto, with about 170k miles on it and she recently replaced the radiator but the mechanics apparently told her the water pump/timing belt need to be replaced as well which I'm aware is typical for v4 honda accord. What I'm wondering is would it be worth to buy the car at $700 and get it fixed myself and how much would it be for the labor and the parts? And is the car worth that.

Why my fuel pump not coming on on my 1996 honda accord?

This problem just recently started happening like 3 days ago I can go and try to start my car and I would have to wait 10 minutes just for my fuel pump to come on but now when I try and start the car the fuel pump doesn't even come on any more please someone help me with this problem

Shifting manually on a failing automatic transmission?

Okay, so I have a 02 Honda accord v6 coupe. My transmission is failing. It has issues with the 1st and 2nd second gear; it like jumps or something, it's weird. I realized that shifting it manually gives it a much smoother, more consistent acceleration. I.e. It is faster, and doesn't "stutter" between the first, second and sometimes third gear. I read it's not harmful, but in MY specific case, can it be helpful?

Car feels like it's leaning when making a turn?

The shop said all of my parts look fine and tight and I just recently had a alignment a few months ago. I got front/back struts this winter and according to mechanic all of my suspension parts seem to fine. What could be causing this problem? I have a 2008 honda civic lx. My car just feels really unbalanced when turning and going over uneven pavement.
