I need to buy a brand new steering wheel for a honda civic ex 2000. It needs to be stock, not an aftermarket racing type. The reason i need a new one is cause there's an aftermarket one on right now but its not set up right, and I rather have a brand new one because when I resale the car, it will look much better and it is appealing for everybody. So is there a certain site? Or do i go to the Honda dealer?
My 2001 Honda Civic EX has been having problems when driving, it somewhat hiccups at random, and quite often might I add. It doesn't really matter the incline of the road, it still does it. My gas shot down from a half a tank to almost empty, which made me think it is the fuel filter, but that was just recently replaced. It also often stalls the engine, mostly in drive, this is an automatic. It was having trouble starting for a while, but that issue has seemed to sub side, but the other issues are still persistent. Check engine light came on, but it hasn't come back on since we replaced the battery. I could take it somewhere, but it is really undrivable.
Okay so I recently got this 2000 Honda Civic Si, it is a metallic blue color. However, the whole top side of the car ( Hood, Roof, Trunk) have oxidation pretty bad. It is on a little bit of the sides but mainly the top. I was going to try and buff it out and re wax… But my friend told me for the time and labor I would put into it, I might as well get a Maaco paint job. How much would that cost? I like the color it is, so I would want it painted the same color… And some parts don't need painting. Would I have only the bad spots painted or everything painted over?

I've had a 2003 Vauxhall Corsa 1.2 now for the past 11 months, and can honestly say I'll be glad to see the back of it - had £1300 repair bills on it. I'm looking at my next car being the Honda Civic 1.6i (EP2) because of the low insurance, low cost and seemingly low running costs. Been looking at around 2005 models (facelift) with full service history (naturally) and hoping for one with <80,000 miles on it.
I've just got a couple of questions for them really, so here goes:
-Are they reliable with FSH?
-Are there any common problems or warnings I should know of before buying?
-Is the fuel consumption good? (Says average of around 30mpg on paper, but it always lies)
-Are they generally good cars? (Good to drive, good to own etc.)
I'm not looking for anything particularly fast (that'll be after uni) or flashy, but something with a bit more poke and style than my severely underpowered Corsa.
I've heard that you have to listen out for the gearbox bearings going, so if anybody knows how much a fix for this normally costs, please let me know.
It was Working fine about 9 hours ago. Now i go to open the car with the remote and nothing happens. The only light that turns on is the alarm light in orange nothing else. It won't start the car either. Only way to get in the car is using the key. Can't open passenger door or turn on anything
I have a 2007 Civic Si and I want to install the push start button. Do I have to remove my fog light button because it only has an extra slot for the VSA button?
Are honda civic si coupe good cars. Thinking about getting a used one and gonna be doing some traveling so I need a reliable good on gas car. How are the brakes and how is it on curves and in snow. Is this the car for that? Also is it luxurious inside and comfortable. I'm thinking about getting a manual and wandering how the transmission is? What are the pros and cons I want to know all of them… Thank you

I brought a 2002 honda civic yesterday and i was coasting down a hill in neutral for a mile at 70mph, i drove the car for another 150 miles then today all of a sudden it would not engage any gear. I checked the fluid and that's fine. When it happened the car would just rev then there was a smell like a burning clutch, Have i caused this by using neutral and what damage would it have caused.
